About The E.R. Collective

The E.R. Collective is a founder-led ecosystem of ventures built around sustainability, operational strategy, community development, and small business growth. Created by Erica Rene, the Collective brings together nonprofit agriculture, consulting services, education initiatives, and entrepreneurial projects under one aligned vision.

Each venture operates independently while contributing to a shared mission: designing sustainable systems that expand access, increase efficiency, and create measurable long-term impact.

How the Collective is Organized

The E.R. Collective operates through distinct but interconnected ventures:

• EriRene Farms – A nonprofit agricultural initiative focused on school garden development, food access, and community sustainability
• Consulting & Strategy – Operational systems, resource alignment, and organizational growth strategy
• Sweets by Eri – A creative culinary extension rooted in craftsmanship and intentional production
• Additional ventures developed through strategic expansion and aligned partnerships

Each branch reflects a different expression of the same core principle: structure creates sustainability.

The Founder

Erica Rene is an operations strategist, systems builder, and entrepreneur with a background in organizational management and resource optimization. Her work bridges structured operational design with hands-on community engagement.

What began as a personal passion for gardening evolved into a strategic framework for building sustainable ecosystems. Not just gardens, but businesses, nonprofits, and community initiatives designed to thrive long-term.

Through The E.R. Collective, Erica integrates strategy, sustainability, and entrepreneurship into one cohesive platform.

Our Mission

To design and operate structured, sustainable ventures that expand access to education, agriculture, entrepreneurship, and operational excellence.

Our Vision

A scalable ecosystem where systems, sustainability, and strategy intersect to create measurable community and business impact.

The Work in Action

The E.R. Collective operates through interconnected initiatives designed to serve communities in practical, sustainable ways. From school garden development and food access programs to operational consulting and small business strategy, each branch supports long-term growth through structure, education, and hands-on engagement.

This work is not theoretical !it is lived, built, tested, and sustained in real communities.
